A power strike threatens to plunge the region into darkness, while the city hosts the iconic Miss Universe pageant and the US space station, Skylab, crashes just beyond the city's suburbs.  故事虽说平淡，视觉效果也一般，不过角色之间的互动倒是挺自然的。
